WARREN — The Tribune Chronicle is seeking nominations for its 24th annual Community Stars program, which celebrates volunteers who go above and beyond to make a measurable impact in the community and the lives of others.

Nominations can be made by filling out the form that will run periodically in the Tribune Chronicle and mailing it to Tribune Chronicle, c/o Sue Shafer, 240 Franklin St. SE, Warren, OH 44483. Submissions also can be emailed to Shafer at sshafer@tribtoday.com or by logging on to www.tribtoday.com and clicking on the “Submit News” button. There is a category for Community Stars.

Nominations should include a detailed explanation of what makes the nominee stand out and a detailed description of what they do. A person can be nominated for the award more than once, but they can win only one time.

The deadline for nominations is Feb. 6.
