YOUNGSTOWN — The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information that leads to the capture of fugitive Syncere Bishop.

He is wanted by the Drug Enforcement Agency and the United States Marshals Service for possession with the intent to distribute controlled substances, according to a task force news release.

Bishop, 25, is described as a black male, 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing about 156 pounds. He is known to frequent the Cleveland and Youngstown areas.
