ODOT announces lane restrictions in Howland

HOWLAND — State Route 82 between Elm Road and Howland Wilson Road will be reduced to one lane in each direction Tuesday through Friday for resurfacing.
Also, state Route 46 under Route 82 has occasional lane restrictions for final work on the diverging diamond project.
