HOWLAND — As part of the ongoing Diverging Diamond project by the Ohio Department of Transportation, the ramp from state Route 82 west to state Route 46 will be closed for 14 days starting Friday.

The detour for Route 46 south will be Route 82 west to Elm Road to Route 82 east.

The detour for Route 46 north will be Route 82 west to Elm Road to state Route 305 to Route 46.

In addition to this closure, the following closures remain in effect through fall for the Diverging Diamond project:

• The ramp from Route 82 eastbound to Route 46 northbound is closed.

• The ramp from Route 46 south to Route 82 east is closed.

• Route 46 between Market Street and U.S. Route 422 has various daily lane restrictions.

• Route 82 over Route 46 has various daily lane restrictions.

The estimated completion for the project is fall 2026.
