WARREN — A Trumbull County grand jury has returned 48 indictments.

Blake McCormick, 22, of Blair Avenue NW, was indicted on charges of 15 counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, a second degree felony; 15 counts of illegal use of minor in nudity oriented material or performance, a second degree felony.

The indictment indicates that McCormick either created, recorded, photographed, filmed, recorded, developed, reproduced or published material showing underage girls engaging in forced sexual acts with an adult male.

McCormick will appear in the Trumbull County Common Pleas Court of Judge Andrew D. Logan next Tuesday for an arraignment.

McCormick originally was arrested Sept. 10 on 10 counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving minors.

A $250,000 bond was imposed on McCormick during an arraignment in Warren Municipal Court before Judge Terry F. Ivanchak.

A Warren police report was sparse on details but indicated that law enforcement was tipped by the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
