WARREN — Forty-eight people were indicted Wednesday by a Trumbull County grand jury.

Included in the list was one secret indictment. The defendants include seven people already incarcerated in Ohio prisons.

Arraignments will be scheduled among the four Common Pleas judges’ criminal dockets within the next two weeks.

The following were charged with felonies:

• Tamar Foreman, 48, in care of Ohio State Penitentiary, possession of a deadly weapon while under detention;

• Jasmine L. Harmon, 20, 60 N. Bruce St., Youngstown, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of specified governmental facility;

• Antonio M. Jones, 20, in care of Ohio State Penitentiary, felonious assault;

• Rachelle Marbury, 42, 309 Summit Court, Apt. E, Fairborn, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of specified governmental facility;

• Corey D. McDew, 30, in care of Northeast Ohio Correctional Center, aggravated possession of drugs;

• Carl J. Purefoy, 36, in care of Southern Ohio Correctional Facility, assault;

• Frankie R. Roten, 32, in care of Ohio State Penitentiary, possession of a deadly weapon while under detention;

• Lamar J. Russaw, 21, in care of Trumbull Correctional Institution, two counts possession of a deadly weapon while under detention;

• Chrstopher A. Shiflett, 34, in care of Belmont Correctional Institution, aggravated possession of drugs;

• Colby A. Snook, 29, 6057 323rd St., Toledo, harassment with a bodily substance;

• Adamilson J. Smith, 40, 2622 Shirley Road, Youngstown, aggravated possession of drugs and possession of cocaine;

• Cody Stokes, 21, 1842 Roberts Lane NE, Warren, rape and assault;

• Jalil I. Musa, 68, 11909 Phillips Ave., Cleveland, having weapons while under disability;

• Davian L. Bessard, 27, in care of Trumbull County jail, having weapons while under disability, and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle;

• Austin M. Groff, 27, 3051 Artis St., Warren, two counts operating a motor vehicle while under the influence with one specification of forfeiture;

• Ryan M. Gregory, 33, 2101 Parkway Drive, Deerfield, possession of fentanyl-related compound;

• Zachary J. Kozak, 22, 496 N. Leavitt Road, Leavittsburg, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer;

• Lucas Wheatcroft, 21, 209 Marion St., Nashville, Ohio, arson;

• Kurtis Byrd, 54, 56 Willmete St., Youngstown, tampering with evidence, possession of fentanyl-related compound, possession of cocaine and possession of heroin;

• Bertram L. Davis, 36, in care of Trumbull County jail, breaking and entering and petty theft;

• Sherriann L. Odem, 25, in care of Trumbull County jail, felonious assault, resisting arrest, vandalism and theft;

• Don J. Hall, 67, 421 Southern Blvd. NW, No. 308, Warren, theft;

• David J. Russell, 41, in care of Trumbull County jail, domestic violence;

• Preston Hines, 34, 517 Spearman Ave., Farrell, Pa., possession of fentanyl-related compound;

• Erica R. Williams, 37, 5960 Mayburn Barclay Road, Farmdale, four counts endangering children and two counts domestic violence;

• Dennis L. Williams, 46, 5960 Mayburn Barclay Road, Farmdale, two counts endangering children and domestic violence;

• Lawrence Dunmire, 26, 31 Front St., Girard, possession of fentanyl-related compound;

• Johnny R. Buckner, 50, 1319 Walnut St., Canton, possession fentanyl-related compound and two counts aggravated possession of drugs;

• Marquis Gary, 25, in care of Trumbull County jail, receiving stolen property;

• Scott Simms, 39, 801 Mason St., Niles, possession of fentanyl-related compound;

• Alexandrea M. Kornegay, 25, 3109 Hadley Ave., Apt. 4, Liberty Township, possession of cocaine;

• Poorsha B. Cathey, 25, 278 Dupont St., Youngstown, receiving stolen property;

• John T. Bollinger, 33, 144 1/2 Perry St., Struthers, having weapons while under disability;

• Kyle M. Lutz, 43, in care of Trumbull Countyjail, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer, robbery and petty theft;

• Lisa A. Judd, 52, 1847 Youngstown Warren Road, Warren, possession of cocaine;

• Brian D. Bolger, 49, 2856 Carrie Ave., Southington, possession of cocaine, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs;

• Jonathan T. Macrinos, 30, 1767 State Road NW, Champion, aggravated possession of drugs and possession of fentanyl-related compound and separate case of third-degree robbery;

• Christopher M. Mercer, 24, in care of Trumbull County jail, two counts felonious assault, fourth-degree domestic violence and two counts misdemeanor domestic violence;

• Patricia Parsons, 49, 8946 Cable Line Road, Diamond, possession of heroin;

• Kayla A. Mathey, 39, in care of Trumbull County jail, possession of fentanyl-related compound, possession of cocaine and aggravated possession of drugs;

• Michele R. Prater, 32, 160 Woodland St., Newton Falls, illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention facility or institution and aggravated possession of drugs;

• Chelsea C. Coe, 33, 1605 Woodbine Ave. SE, Warren, possession fentanyl-related compound.

The following misdemeanor cases were remanded to a lower court:

• Marcus L. Scurry Sr., 49, 3226 N. Park Ave. Ext., Warren, carrying concealed weapons and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle;

• Steven Canzonetta, 45, in care of Trumbull County jail, domestic violence and aggravated trespass;

• Devin Rosenberg, 31, in care of Trumbull County jail, assault;

• Tyler Hunt, 20, in care of Trumbull County jail, criminal trespass;

• Isiah D. Boyd, 30, 543 Seventh St. SW., Warren, resisting arrest.

The following cases were no-billed by the grand jury, or not indicted:
