Five indicted secretly by grand jury

WARREN — Five secret indictments were included in the 44 true bills handed up by a Trumbull County grand jury on Monday.

A secret indictment is a sealed charge that isn’t opened until the person is arrested.

Also included in this report are four men incarcerated in the state prison system.

Those charged with felonies are scheduled for arraignment within the next two weeks in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court. They are:

• Michael Bland, 32, in care of Ohio State Penitentiary, assault;

• Jeffrey Loterbaugh, 36, in care of Southern Ohio Correctional Facility, felonious assault and possession of deadly weapon while under detention;

• Demario D. McCall, 37, in care of Southern Ohio Correctional Facility, assault;

• Gary Roberts, 42, in care of Southern Ohio Correctional Facility, assault;

• Clemice Thomas Jr., 26, 250 Tod Ave. NW, Apt. 303, Warren, escape;

• Adam L. Robinson, 35, 1740 Market St., Youngstown, aggravated possession of drugs and possession of fentanyl-related compound;

• Joseph Snyder, 20, 869 Willard Ave. NE, Warren, unlawful sexual conduct with a minor;

• Ramon Person, 27, 1920 Hazelwood Ave. SE, Warren, carrying concealed weapons and inducing panic;

• Nicholas L. Terrell, 37, 606 N. St. Clair Ave., Girard, aggravated possession of drugs;

• Dary’l G. McLendon, 27, 17 Holly Drive, Apt. 86, Girard, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer;

• Brad D. John, 31, of Richmond, Virginia, possession of marijuana;

• Steven K. Jeter Jr., 31, 1570 Council Rock Ave., Youngstown, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer;

• Rayshawn L. Williams, 24, 513 St. Louis Ave., Youngstown, receiving stolen property;

• William J. Exline, 41, 47 Skoplee Ave., Girard, possession of cocaine;

• Daisy E. Huston, 22, 44 S. Osborn Ave., Youngstown, tampering with evidence, obstructing official business and falsification;

• Kelly A. Johnston, 35, 366 Rosedale Ave., Hubbard, possession of fentanyl-related compound;

• Brian A. Guy, 40, 126 W. Second St., Apt. 4, Girard, aggravated possession of drugs, two counts, and possession of drugs;

• Quadiejha L. McCall, 27, 2793 Burton St. SE, Warren, possession of cocaine;

• Scott Langham, 39, Belle Street SE, Warren, failure to notify sheriff of change of address;

• Matthew I. Korecki, 37, 1975 Bonnie Brae NE, Warren, possession of fentanyl-related compound and possession of cocaine;

• Elisha M. Peterson, 33, 2686 Duke Ave. SE, Warren, counterfeiting and possession of criminal tools;

• Charlie L. Peterson III, 2686 Duke Ave. SE, Warren, two counts counterfeiting and possession of criminal tools;

• Zachary T. Yavorsky, 38, 500 Stateline Road, Masury, receiving stolen property;

• Zachary E. Patterson, 22, 5159 Craig Ave. NW, Champion, aggravated possession of drugs;

• John D. Negrea, 23, 206 Elmwood Drive, Hubbard, two counts felonious assault, domestic violence;

• Corey D. Hoffman, 23, 5290 Herner City Line Road, Southington, aggravated vehicular assault and failure to stop after an accident;

• Jonmichael J. Retos, 45, of Monessen, Pa., trafficking in marijuana and possession of marijuana;

• Gretchen Heltzel, 31, 215 Albert St., Warren, assault;

• Pierre L. Williams, 52, 3681 Rio Terrace, Leavittsburg, domestic violence;

• Kiaeem C.E. Williams, 21, 4311 Harvard Drive SE, Warren, carrying concealed weapons with forfeiture specification and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle with forfeiture specification;

• Tyler Reed, 613 Ridge Road, Apt. 306, Newton Falls, possession of fentanyl-related compound;

• Shonna F. Bland, 46, 1900 Parkwood Drive NW, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs, possession of fentanyl-related compound and possession of drugs;

• Jeffrey T. Walker Jr., 36, 167 Charles Ave. NE, Warren, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer and failure to stop after accident;

• Joseph Winkfield III, 41, 1814 Southwest Blvd. NW, Warren, four counts kidnapping, domestic violence, resisting arrest and inducing panic;

• Daniel A. Murray, 33, 501 Newton Drive, Newton Falls, aggravated possession of drugs and possession of fentanyl-related compound;

• Gunner H. Hale, 30, of Grand Rapids, Mich., possession of marijuana;

• Robert S. Hale, 63, of Grand Rapids, Mich., possession of marijuana.

The following misdemeanor charges were remanded to lower courts:

• Marc W. Calhoun, 38, 921 Water St., Newton Falls, aggravated menacing;

• Nathaniel Daniels IV, 23, 541 Belmont St., Niles, aggravated menacing.

The grand jury “no billed” or did not indict the following people:

• Omeil W. Annon, 39 of Middle River, Maryland, trafficking in drugs and possession of drugs;

• Jerome A. Grant, 39, of Cheverly, Maryland, trafficking in drugs and possession of drugs;

• Caylan Q. Jones, 34, of Garfield Heights, felonious assault;

• Phyllip R. Steffenhagen, 45, of New Castle, Pa., possession of drugs;

• Norman A. Macias, 47, 3201 Sodom Hutchings Road, Fowler, theft, possessing criminal tools and criminal damaging or endangering;

• Porsha S. Baker, 32, 69 Lauderdale Ave., Youngstown, carrying concealed weapons, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia;

• John C. Bright, 35 of Rapids Road, Hiram, obstructing official business, failure to disclose, driving under suspension and hit-skip;

• Calhoun, arson;

• John, trafficking in drugs and two counts possession of drugs;

• Huston, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia;

• Johnston, possession of drugs;

• Daniels, felonious assault;

• Elisha M. Peterson, engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, counterfeiting and receiving stolen property;
