$100 stolen from Warren store

WARREN — A cash register drawer containing $100 was reported stolen from A & N restaurant Equipment on Tuesday.

Police were called around 4:30 a.m. to 426 W. Market St. for an alarm drop and discovered that a brick had been thrown into the front door “spider webbing the glass,” according to a police report.

The glass was able to be pulled up so someone could enter the building, according to the report. The west side of the door was locked.

The register drawer was the only thing taken, the report states.
