33 indictments include five secrets

WARREN — A Trumbull County grand jury on Tuesday returned 33 felony indictments, including five people who were charged under sealed documents.
Arraignments are scheduled 2 p.m. July 27 before Trumbull County Common Pleas Court Judge Andrew D. Logan.
The following people were charged with felonies:
• Heather L. Cope, 35, Atlantic Street NE, Warren, two counts each corrupting another with drugs and trafficking in cocaine, endangering children and permitting drug abuse;
• Julie D. Gould, 33, Merwin Chase, Brookfield, aggravated possession of drugs and receiving stolen property;
• Lisa A. Mutter, 41, Pulaski, Pa., felonious assault;
• Kathryn M. Unick, 28, Meadowbrook Avenue, Boardman, possession of heroin and possession of drugs;
• Dominique Murray, 25, Red Fox Run, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs with forfeiture, two counts trafficking in cocaine, having weapons while under disability, possession of cocaine with forfeiture, possession of heroin with forfeiture and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia;
• Marvin E. Martin, 53, Halleck Street, Youngstown, theft;
• Andrew M. Culver, 27, Chapel Hill Drive, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia;
l William H. Ballack, 31, Creed Street, Hubbard, forgery and offenses involving certificates of title;
• Eugene E. Wallace, 38, Nevada NW, Warren, carrying concealed weapon;
• Marquis D. Porterfield, 20, Belmont NW, Warren, domestic violence, burglary, carrying concealed weapon, improperly handling firearms in motor vehicle, and having weapons while under disability;
• William J. Kerfoot III, 31, Orangeville-Kingsville Road, Kinsman, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer;
• Lawrence K. Dunmire, 21, Trumbull Avenue, Girard, burglary and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia;
• Joseph M. Lewis, 27, South Davis Street, Girard, burglary and receiving stolen property;
• Eric L. Moore II, East Lucius Avenue, Youngstown, having weapons while under disability and imprperly handling firearms in motor vehicle;
• Melissa M. Putnam, Judyth Street, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs and tampering with evidence;
• Maurice U. Brown, 23, Chestnut Avenue, Warren, prohibitions concerning companion animals;
• Savanha M. Cofield, 20, Linden Drive, Warren, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer and falsification;
• Frederick A. Barr Sr., 54, Linden, Warren, failure to notify sheriff of change of address;
• Ryan C. Lambert, 26, Warren Road, Cortland, possession of cocaine;
• Ritchie S. Miller Sr, 46, Chestnut Street, Warren, possession of cocaine;
• Arlie E. Phillips, 53, Orchard Street, Warren, failure to notify sheriff of change of address;
• Gary J. Hougelman, 41, Boyd Street, Masury, theft from aperson in a protected class;
• Dominique J.T. Seem, 19, Parkman Raod NW, Warren, two counts gross sexual imposition, four counts rape, attempted rape with specification.
The following were charged with misdemeanors and their cases were remanded to a lower court:
• Taylor Ann Gump, 23, Oles Avenue, Poland, obstructing official business (Warren Municipal Court);
• Steven J. Monolaris, 24, Mecham Drive, Cortland, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer (Eastern District Court);
• Shylinda W. McBride, 28, Frederick Street, Youngstown, obstructing official business (Girard Municipal Court);
• Ollie L. Myles, Frederick Street, Youngstown, failure to stop after an accident (Girard Municipal Court);
• Brian L. Geiger, 40, South Glenellen, Youngstown, unauthorized use of a vehicle, operating a vehicle under the influence and driving under suspension (Girard Municipal Court).
The grand jury no billed, or returned no indictments, on the following:
• Benja’lan Provitt, 29, Palmyra Road SW, Warren, trafficking in drugs and receiving stolen property;
• Alexander L. Bennett, 24, North Road, Warren, trafficking in marijuana;
• Bryant L. Moore, 28, Williamsburg, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs;
• Jason E. Brown, 42, felonious assault;
• Gould, point suspension;
• Unick, persons who may sell dangerous drugs;
• Porterfield, felonious assault and receiving stolen property;
• McBride, endangering children;
• Eric L. Moore II, carrying concealed weapon and obstructing official business;
• Myles, endangering children, vandalism and obstructing official business;
• Geiger, receiving stolen property.
