WARREN – A Trumbull County grand jury indicted 35 people, including two secretly, on Tuesday.

Those indicted on felony charges are scheduled to be arraigned 2 p.m. Wednesday before Trumbull County Common Pleas Court Judge Ronald J. Rice. The names of the people indicted secretly will be revealed when they appear in court.

Those who were indicted are:

l Ramone A. Jackson, 37, Trumbull Correctional Institution, complicity to illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of specified governmental facility and conspiracy to trafficking in heroin;

l Darius R. Junius, 24, Ohio State Penitentiary, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of specified governmental facility;

l Julius A. McKinney, 27, Palmyra Road SW, Warren, one count each trafficking in heroin and heroin possesion, both with a forfeiture specification, and two counts trafficking in heroin;

l Jacci Taylor, 24, Palmyra Road SW, Warren, one count each complicity to trafficking in heroin, and trafficking in heroin and heroin possession, both with a forfeiture specification;

l Quincy O. Jordan, 22, Roosevelt Drive NW, Warren, one count each cocaine possession and trafficking in cocaine, both with a forefiture specification, and heroin possession;

l John R. Franklin Jr., 30, Glenwood Avenue, Warren, domestic violence;

l Melzia Jerome Daniels, 33, state Route 305, Cortland, possession of heroin with a forefiture specification;

l Curtis Cortez Dorsey, 30, Jefferson Street SW, Warren, one count each trafficking in cocaine and possession of cocaine, both with a forfeiture specification;

l David Clifford Goss, 30, Washington Avenue NE, Warren, two counts receiving stolen property;

l Christopher Henderson, 26, Shady Lane NE, Warren, one count each heroin possession and cocaine possession, both with a forfeiture specification;

l Josiah R. Pandelli, 34, Woodland Avenue NE, Warren, heroin possesion;

l Dorrian S. Phillips, 31, South Avenue, Youngstown, one count each having weapons while under disability and carrying a concealed weapon;

l Frank A. Martin, 34, Debra Place, Cortland, one count each heroin possession, aggravated drug possession and a misdemeanor charge of illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia;

l Nicholas Pius Dagati, 32, Summit Street, Niles, seven counts forgery, three counts theft and two counts misdemeanor petty theft;

l Michael Reeher, 44, state Route 7, Kinsman, theft;

l Steven Andrew Prest, 32, 11th Street, Niles, failure to notify sheriff of change of address;

l Adam Garrett Bonner, 35, Milton Street, Warren, aggravated drug possession;

l Kenneth R. Barnes, 24, Townsend Street, Youngstown, domestic violence;

l Anthony Michael Delmont, 42, South Meridian Road, Youngstown, one count each attempted burglary, burglary, breaking and entering, and vandalism;

l Linda Lou Barnes, 47, North Park Avenue, Warren, aggravated drug possession;

l Delshawn Michael May, 41, Logan Avenue, Warren, one count each aggravated drug possession, and cocaine possession and trafficking in cocaine, both with a forefiture specification;

l Joseph Dean Suroiu, 30, Brentwood Boulevard, Niles, one count each illegal manufacture of drugs and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia;

l Raumone D. Green, 39, Lucretia Drive, Girard, domestic violence and two counts violating a protection order;

l Pabalo Valentin Jr., 19, Trumbull County Jail, one count each aggravated burglary, aggravated robbery, felonious assault, kidnapping and grand theft;

l Lamar Q. Holmes, 20, Trumbull County Jail, one count each aggravated burglary, aggravated robbery, felonious assault, kidnapping and grand theft;

l Sade Nicole Tibbs, 19, Iowa Street, Warren, one count each aggravated burglary, aggravated robbery, felonious assault, kidnapping and grand theft;

l Jacob Jonathan Asbury, 33, Adelaide Avenue SE, Warren, two counts felonious assault and one count attempted murder;

l Lisa Lynette Miller, 27, Idylwild Avenue NW, Warren, cocaine possession;

l Anthony J. Kasnick Jr., 32, Ward Street NW, Warren, domestic violence;

l Kenneth Jackson, 56, Draper Street SE, Warren, cocaine possession;

l Louis Tanzy Taylor, 37, Idylwild Avenue, Warren, aggravated burglary;

l Monty Allen Ohler, 40, Packard Street, Warren, heroin possession; and

l Kyle Thomas Bryan, 23, Quarry Lane, Warren, heroin possession.

The grand jury chose not to indict:

l William Edward Frost, duty to register;

l Nicole M. DeNicholas, heroin possession;

l Joseph Paul Warren Jr., felonious assault;

l Green, theft and unauthorized use of a vehicle;

l Justin Isaiah Howard, burglary;

l Noel Lee Evans, burglary; and

l Leonard Lee Davison, drug possession.
