Local grand jury indicts 28 people

WARREN – A Trumbull County grand jury handed up indictments against 28 people Wednesday, including one person who was indicted secretly. The identity of the person indicted secretly and the charges will be revealed when he / she appears in court.
Those indicted on felony charges are scheduled to be arraigned 11 a.m. Aug. 17 before Trumbull County Common Pleas Court Judge Peter J. Kontos are:
l David Earl Smith, 23, Headley Road, Newton Falls, four counts unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
l Carl Austin Williams Jr., 34, Southern Boulevard, Warren, three counts aggravated possession of drugs with specification forfeiture.
l Harold Travis Jr., 22, Elm Road NE, felonious assault, two counts kidnapping, extortion and having weapons under disability.
l Robin Jo O’Brien, 40, Woodbine SE, Warren, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of specified government facility and aggravated possession of drugs.
l Tyler O. Munion, 20, Maple Street, Newton Falls, two counts importuning.
l Jackson D. Pleacher, 30, Browns Court, Girard, illegal manufacture of drugs and aggravated possession of drugs.
l Dale Barney Cantrell, 42, Hazelton, Masury, grand theft of a motor vehicle and breaking and entering.
l Shannon E. Griffith, 38, Cloverdale Drive, Newbury, possession of heroin and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
l Charles H. Smith Jr., 54, Washington Street, Warren, burglary.
l Martina G. Lapolla, 28, Langley Street, Niles, possession of heroin.
l Rashod Michael Bradley, 18, Southwest Boulevard SW, Warren, possession of heroin.
l Jacob Eugene Ratliff, 22, McMullen Allen Road, Newton Falls, burglary.
l April D. Howell, 50, Applecrest Court, Youngstown, obstructing justice.
l Justin Shane Riley, 18, Main Street, Niles, carrying a concealed weapon.
l Jermaine Devan Phipps, 43, Maplewood Court, Youngstown, felonious assault and two counts criminal damaging or endangering.
l Quincy O. Jordan, 22, Roosevelt Street SW, Warren, possession of heroin with a forfeiture specification and possession of cocaine with a forfeiture specification.
l Robin Michelle Kralik, 51, Lincoln Avenue, Mineral Ridge, possession of heroin.
l Charles A. Smith, 25, Warners Hollow Road, Windsor, failure to notify sheriff of change of address.
l Walter James Patterson, 38, Idylwild NE, Warren, trafficking in heroin and possession of heroin.
l Matthew J. Brayman, 20, Silliman Street, Youngstown, failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer.
l Samuel Joseph Levy, 34, Youngstown, robbery and aggravated menacing.
l Joseph Royce Getz, 28, Charles Avenue, Warren, possession of heroin.
l Bryan Patrick Rulick, 29, Fifth Street, Warren, theft.
l Jordan Daniel Edelman, 22, Cassandra, Niles, burglary.
The grand jury chose to not indict the following:
l Williams, aggravated trafficking in drugs and trafficking in drugs.
l Dreano Antonio Golden, 29, Keri, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs.
l Charles David Fearer, 24, Clinton, Niles, felonious assault.
l Amanda Rederick, 24, Morris Place, Niles, aggravated possession of drugs.
l Jerame Ramon Provitt, 23, Jackson SW, Warren, illegally discharging firearm at or into a habitation.
l Deborah Ann Davis, 35, Front Street SW, Warren, complicity to aggravated robbery.
l Britney Daniele Slider, 22, Roberts Avenue, Warren, felonious assault.
l Timothy E. Gibson Jr., 23, Anderson Anthony, Leavittsburg, tampering with evidence.
l Joseph Alan Moore, 30, Oak Knoll SE, assault on a peace officer.
l Marlon A. Swiggett Sr., 28, McMyler Street, Warren, robbery, assault and petty theft.
l Michael S. Guliano, 27, Taylor Avenue, Newton Falls, possession of heroin.
l Levy, obstructing official business.
Cases remanded to lower courts are:
