WARREN — Insurance premium costs for Trumbull County are expected to increase by 3.2% over the next year, which is a smaller annual increase than has occurred in recent years, according to Human Resources Director Alexandra DeVengencie-Bush. WARREN — Two Warren City School District schools — Jefferson PK-8 and McGuffey PK-8 — are being recognized by the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce as recipients of the Governor’s Momentum Award.
