WARREN — New architectural drawings for the proposed Trumbull County Dog Pound significantly lower the cost for the new facility, according to David Snyder of the architectural firm Baker, Bednar and Snyder. WARREN — Insurance premium costs for Trumbull County are expected to increase by 3.2% over the next year, which is a smaller annual increase than has occurred in recent years, according to Human Resources Director Alexandra DeVengencie-Bush.
