Grant, 46, who is serving an 11- to 16.5-year sentence at Richland Correctional Institution for a high-level felony drug possession conviction. Grant, of Sharpsville, Pa., was convicted and sentenced before Trumbull County Judge Cynthia Westcott on Nov. 6, 2024, which was upheld by the 11th District Court of Appeals on Nov. 10, 2025. NILES — A Niles man who has been held without bond after being accused of holding a woman against her will is set to appear back in Niles Municipal Court Wednesday.
