York was arrested Sunday in East Palestine and was released after posting a $5,000 bond. CANFIELD — Mark Yoder pulled two tours of duty in Germany during the 1970s, and he continues serving as a member of American Legion Post 177 in Canfield and as a member of the local funeral Honor Guard. Yoder was born at Salem Hospital and his family later moved to Canfield where he attended kindergarten through his sophomore year of high school.
