WARREN — When Trumbull County Commissioner Rick Hernandez questioned an official of the former Insight Hospital at Trumbull about whether its employees would be able to move their retirement accounts to new accounts, he was told they likely would be able to do so. WARREN — A Southington man is set to reappear in court in two weeks, after he was accused of performing a sexual act on another man at Perkins Park. Kenneth Kopp, 53, pleaded not guilty to charges of indecent exposure and drug paraphernalia in front of Warren Municipal Court Judge Natasha Natale Monday morning.
