Ohio tops 5,000 daily cases
After experiencing a recent decline in COVID-19 cases, Ohio exceeded 5,000 in a single day for the first time in nearly a month. Wednesday, 5,527 COVID-19 cases were reported, according to the Ohio Department of Health. It’s the most cases reported for a single day since Oct. 14, which had 5,648 cases. The state came close to 5,000 Tuesday when 4,952 cases were reported that day. The 10,479 total for Tuesday and Wednesday is the most for two days in Ohio since Oct. 13 and 14 with 10,791 COVID-19 cases.
