Library to get wild with animal show

ANIMAL SHOW The McKinley Memorial Library in Niles will host Outback Ray’s Amazing Animal Show 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday. Attendees will learn fascinating facts and hear stories while meeting a mix of reptiles and mammals. All ages are welcome. To register, call 330-652-1704. Ext. 3.
RETIRED TEACHERS: The Trumbull Retired Teachers Association will meet at noon Tuesday at Ciminero’s in Niles. Those who are recently retried or who have a friend that is already a member are welcome to attend. The TRTA was recognized by the Ohio House of Representatives in December for their 60th year as an association.
DRAMA CLUB: The Hubbard High School Drama Club will present “High School Musical” at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday at the school. The play celebrates the 20th anniversary of the film. Doors open one hour before each performance. Tickets are $5 for students and $10 for adults. Tickets ae available online or at the door.
WELLNESS ON WHEELS: The Warren City Health District’s Wellness on Wheels will be onsite at The Elms Apartments alongside The Trumbull Mobile Market 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at 2300 Plaza Ave. NE Warren.
YOGA PROGRAM: The McKinley Memorial Library will present yoga 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday. Mary Brown of A Moment for Me Yoga and Wellness Center will guide participants through a yoga session featuring standing and sitting postures on the floor. Participants should bring their own yoga mat. This program will be at the McKinley Birthplace Home. Registration is required at 330-652-1704, ext. 3.
MAKE YOUR OWN: McKinley Memorial Library will present Kids Club: Make Your Own Air-Dry Clay, 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Thursday at the McKinley Birthplace Home in Niles.
Children ages 5 to 11 years are invited on the first and third Thursday of every month to enjoy a fun activity related to STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math). This week, students will learn how to make air-dry clay out of common household ingredients. Registration for this program is required at 330-652-1704, ext. 4.
