• BROOKFIELD TOWNSHIP TRUSTEES will have a special meeting 10 a.m. Monday at the township administration building for an executive session on contract negotiations. The year-end meeting is at noon, followed by a special meeting at 12:30 p.m. for an executive session to discuss the fire and police chiefs’ contracts. The monthly department head meeting will be at 1 p.m. to ratify contracts.

• WARREN CITY COUNCIL will have a meeting 3 p.m. Monday at the municipal justice building with caucus at 2:15 p.m. A swearing-in ceremony for council members and treasurer Tom Letson will be at 4 p.m.

• JOHNSTON TOWNSHIP TRUSTEES will meet 6:30 p.m. Monday at the township hall.

• NEWTON TOWNSHIP TRUSTEES will have a year-end meeting 6 p.m. Monday at the township hall.
