Rotary donates coats for students

GIRARD — The Girard-Liberty Rotary continues its dedicated support for local students by donating a total of 60 coats this year through the Rotary Project Warm program.

Thirty coats were delivered to Girard Intermediate School recently, while another 30 coats were provided to Liberty PK-6 to help keep students warm throughout the winter months.

For the past four years, the Girard-Liberty Rotary has proudly participated in Project Warm, an initiative aimed at ensuring children in the community have access to warm clothing during colder seasons.

This ongoing partnership demonstrates the Rotary’s commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of local youth and supporting families in need.

Kathy Blackstone, Co-President of the Girard-Liberty Rotary, expressed gratitude for the program’s success:

“We are honored to continue this important tradition of giving. No child should ever be cold.”

Starting at $3.23/week.
