• BAZETTA TOWNSHIP ZONING COMMISSION will meet at 9 a.m. Thursday at the township hall to review and confirm updated changes to the zoning map.

• TRUMBULL METROPARKS BOARD will meet at 4:15 p.m. Thursday at the offices in Howland.

• GIRARD BOARD OF EDUCATION will meet at 5 p.m. Thursday in the high school library.

• NEWTON FALLS VILLAGE COUNCIL will have a special meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday at the municipal building for an executive session to consider the appointment, employment and / or compensation of a public employee, and to conduct interviews for the position of city manager.
