BOOK SALE: Kinsman Free Public Library, 6420 Church St., Kinsman, will host its annual fall book sale 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday and Wednesday, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday. There are deals on books, movies, music, board games and more. On Tuesday and Wednesday, books will be $5 per bag, and bags will be provided. All books are free on Thursday. REMEMBRANCE DAY: In remembrance of All Souls Day, Christ Episcopal Church, Warren, will be lit with hundreds of candles for a service of Compline at 7 p.m. Sunday. This ancient liturgy will feature chants and hymns sung by the men of the parish choir. As part of the free service, Susanna Reilly will play works for unaccompanied solo cello.

CONCERT SET: St Patrick Church, 1420 Oak Hill Ave., Youngstown, will host a concert with Wilhelmine Roe on piano 1:15 to 2 p.m. Sunday.

FOSTER EDUCATION: Northeast Ohio Adoption Services is accepting registration for free foster care or foster to adopt pre-placement education classes beginning Monday.

Any Ohio couple or individual who wishes to foster or adopt can enroll in these classes, as required by the state of Ohio. Throughout the process, NOAS staff will answer questions and provide support.

Classes will begin Tuesday, with a one-hour course on NOAS’ Foster Care Rules and Policies. Each session involves three hours of time and a laptop or iPad, as well as access to a printer.
