The Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber and the Columbiana Area Chamber of Commerce have finalized an affiliation agreement expanding programming, advocacy and member services in Columbiana while preserving local governance, the organizations announced Monday. Deerfield Ag Services, with locations in Deerfield and Kinsman, has transitioned to employee ownership through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan effective Feb. 1.
