Valley businesses and organizations are being sought as corporate and community sponsors for the inaugural 7 17 Credit Union Blues, Brews & BBQ Festival set for Oct. 4 at the Warren Community Amphitheatre.

To become a partner, businesses purchase a minimum of 25 tickets ($250). In return, they receive a logo displayed on event monitors; recognition on social media; and a public thank you from the stage during the festival.

“The Corporate and Community Partnership gives businesses a visible way to support an event that celebrates who we are and what makes our community strong,” said Dorian Smith, senior vice president of business development at 7 17. “It’s a chance to invest in the Valley while giving back to organizations that make a difference every day.”

Net proceeds from the festival will benefit United Way of Trumbull County, Game Changers and the Greater Warren-Youngstown Urban League.

Gates open at 11 a.m. Oct. 4 with food vendors and entertainment starting at noon. General admission is $10 per person. Children under 12 are free. The event will take place rain or shine.
