ClarkDietrich enters joint venture
WARREN — Ohio-based ClarkDietrich and Hadley Group, a global cold-rolled steel company, are partnering to form CDH Custom Roll Form in Warren.
Offices and manufacturing facilities are expected to be fully operational by June 1. The joint-venture company manufactures component and custom products for companies in the North American steel roll-form products market.

“CDH will be hiring in 2020, but we don’t have an exact hiring goal at this time,” said Jack Pacalo, CDH president. “We will be poised for rapid growth over the next 12 to 18 months as our production lines increase and our business expands.”
