St. Patrick Festival opens in Hubbard
The 67th Hubbard St. Patrick Church Festival opens today at 225 N. Main St., Hubbard.
The entertainment lineup includes No Funk No Justice at 6:30 p.m. today, Dr. Zoots Band at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Chris Higbee at 8 p.m. Saturday, and the Feral Cats Band at 1 p.m. Sunday and Old Skool at 6 p.m. Sunday.
The grand prize for this year’s raffle is a new Chevrolet Trailblazer or $20,000 cash.
Festival hours are 6 to 10 p.m. today, 6 to 11 p.m. Friday, 5 to 11 p.m. Saturday and 1 to 10 p.m. Sunday. Admission is free.
Church Boys Racing hosts car show
The Church Boys Racing car show and open house runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at 6040 state Route 45, Bristolville.
Cars from all over the country and Canada will be in attendance. The majority of the vehicles will be Chevy Novas, but all hot rods are welcome.
Special guests include Farmtruck and AZN from Discovery Channel’s “Street Outlaws.”
