Stage Left catches ‘Big Fish’
Stage Left Players concludes its 30th season with the musical “Big Fish.”
Based on the 2003 Tim Burton movie of the same name, the musical by Andrew Lippa and John August tells the story of a traveling salesman who charms everyone he meets, his adoring wife and the son who grows up to resent his father’s long absences and exaggerated tales. The show features a cast of 30 performers and a live orchestra led by music director Jodine Pilmer.
Show times are 7 p.m. today, Friday and Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday at Trinity Playhouse, 234 E. Lincoln Way, Lisbon.
