Kathy Cooper of Niles and Michael Cooper of Southington announce the engagement of their daughter, Taylor Jewel Cooper to William Shawn Romigh Jr., son of Jill and William Romigh of Southington.

The bride-elect is a 2009 graduate of Southington Chalker High School and 2013 graduate of Kent State University with a bachelor of science degree in nursing. She is a registered nurse at St. Joseph Health Center.

Mr. Romigh is a 2010 graduate of Southington Chalker High School, and graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor of science degree in nursing in 2013 from KSU. He is employed at Trumbull Memorial Hospital as a registered nurse.

The couple will be united in marriage during a wedding ceremony to be held June 7, 2014, at First Baptist Church of Howland. Invitations will be issued for a reception to be held at Mr. Anthony’s Banquet Hall in Boardman.
