The Catholic Diocese of Youngstown and The Catholic Echo Magazine earned 10 awards at the 2026 Catholic Media Conference June 16 to 19 in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Bishop David J. Bonnar won second place for Best Regular Column in a Diocesan Magazine, “Walking by Faith Together” and third place for Best Diocesan Pastoral Message for “Take Heart! Do Not Lose Heart! Anniversary: Tucker 70th

Bob and LeeAnn Tucker celebrated their Platinum Wedding Anniversary on June 23, 2026, marking 70 years of marriage. Bob Tucker and the former LeeAnn Lawrence, both of Warren, were married on June 23, 1956. Bob was a graduate of Howland High School and earned an engineering degree at General Motors Institute. LeeAnn graduated from Warren G. Harding High School. Bob retired as an engineer from the Packard Electric Division of General Motors.
