Canner Gauge Testing
What: For safe home canning, the USDA recommends pressure canner dial gauges to be tested annually for accuracy, as they can become inaccurate over time. An inaccurate gauge can lead to under- or overprocessing food and potentially cause food safety issues.
When: 9 to 10 a.m. Tuesday

Drying Fresh Produce
What: Join us for the basics of dehydrating fresh produce at home. We will discuss types of dehydrators, treatments needed before drying and food storage
