Mon. 10:52 a.m.: Buffer zone to be built between TJX and homes
LORDSTOWN --- In the latest play in the TJX drama, officials said this morning that a conservancy will be created through the Trumbull County MetroParks or the Western Reserve Land Conservancy as a buffer zone so that no residents will have to live next to a factory. Lordstown rezoned 290 acres of property that may be used for a TJX HomeGoods Distribution Center.
