City man indicted in special grand jury report

WARREN — A Warren man was indicted in a special grand jury report Wednesday on charges of burglary, receiving stolen property and possession of criminal tools. Corey C. Monroe, 34, of Iddings Avenue, also had a repeat violent offender specification added on to his burglary charge because he previously was convicted of committing or complicity in committing aggravated murder, murder, or an attempt to commit any of these offenses, the indictment states.
