Jackson scored a game-high 23 points and nine in the fourth quarter to lead the surging Penguins (10-7, 3-3 Horizon League).
YSU redshirt freshman guard Gabby Lupardus scored a career-high 18 points, while Chelsea Olson added 14 points and 13 rebounds -- her fifth double-double this season.
Jalisha Terry paced Oakland (8-9, 3-3) with 18 points.
