Columbiana 3, Wellsville 0 -- Columbiana (5-0) continued their hot start to the season behind Landry Smith, who totaled 15 points, six aces, six kills, two digs and one assist. Addisyn Dangler added nine kills for the Clippers and Ava Marks totaled seven. Eva Waller paced the offense with 24 assists, seven points, three aces and four digs.
East Palestine 3, Cardinal Mooney 1 -- Taylor Watts led Mooney with 39 digs. Angela Bettura added 29 digs for the Cardinals.
Lordstown 3, Bloomfield 1 -- Aniyla Doll had 12 points with five aces to lead Lordstown. Hailey Ishman had 10 assists and Peyton Koon had six kills. Caitlyn Parke led the Devils with 24 digs.
South Range 3, Struthers 0 -- Anna Toy led South Range (6-0) with nine kills, nine digs and four aces. Parker Zwingler added 10 assists, six digs and an ace. Lily Weaver also chipped in for the Raiders with seven kills, five digs and two aces.
Hubbard 3, Lakeview 0 -- Cecelia DeToro had 20 assists and two for Lakeview. Cady Esker added eight kills and seven digs and Leah Toth had seven points and seven blocks for the Bulldogs.
Maplewood 3, Pymatuning Valley 1 -- Alyvia Upshir led Maplewood with 25 digs, 11 kills and three aces. Ava Calvert added 21 digs and Aleesia Woomer had 25 assists, 10 digs and four aces for the Rockets. Addison Marker added nine kills.

Boardman 3, Girard 0 -- Maya Flores totaled 23 kills and 21 digs to lead Boardman. Flores surpassed 1,000 career kills with her performance. Gianna Commons added 18 assists and seven digs for the Spartans and Emma Terlesky added 15 assists and seven digs.
Howland 3, Poland 1 -- Maya Kubancsek led with 22 kills and 20 digs for Howland. Lily Day added 28 digs, 18 service points and two aces. Talia Rishel had 43 assists for the Tigers and Grace Kukkonen had 12 kills.
McDonald 3, Springfield 2 -- Halle Kuntz had 12 service points and 11 kills for Mcdonald. Kuntz also had five aces. Grace Klockner added 23 assists, nine points, four aces and four kills for the Blue Devils. Emme Matthews was also a key contributor with 10 digs, six kills, six points, three assists and an ace.
Badger 3, Leetonia 0 -- Reghan Broadwater had 16 points with nine aces and Alison Price had 10 points with seven aces to lead Badger. Price added 16 kills and came up huge for the Braves offense. Kyleigh Hall added 22 assists and Katelyn Tunison had eight kills.
Chalker 3, Lordstown 1 -- Katelyn Cook was everywhere for Chalker, totaling 24 assists, five kills, four digs and three aces.Kelsey Brown added eight kills, seven digs and seven aces for the Wildcats and Julia Ross added 10 kills. Kaycee Was led Lordstown with 14 assists, seven digs and six aces. Mia Giesey added 11 kills for the Devils.
Campbell 3, Heartland Christian 1 -- Jada Smith and Elysia Rudolphi had 14 kills each to lead Campbell (5-0). Rudolphi added 20 digs for the Devils and Smith added eight digs and four aces. Daja Will led Campbell in assists with 39, while adding four aces and two blocks.

Poland 5, Lakeview 0 -- Michael Hostal scored three goals as Poland blanked Lakeview. Salvi Carramuso and Landon Slifka also scored for Poland. Carramusa and Hostal also had an assist each. Logan Ramsey made nine saves for the Bulldogs.

The host Tigers (Ambrose Sergi 78, Nick Clay 78, who each shot a 78, Nick Alvetro 83, Easton Yeager 85) won with a team total of 324. Warren JFK (Nick Niemi 80, Jason Andre 83, Andino Menz 85, Carter Altobeli 85) was second with a total of 333 and Maplewood (Bryson Sutcliffe 85, Josh Suba 88, Kale Calvert 88, Cole Urchek 89) took third with 350. Individually, Bristol's Kaleb Otey had the best score of the day, shooting a 75.

The Howland girls golf team hosted the Trumbull County High School Golf Invitational on Monday at Trumbull Country Club. Champion (Avery Robinette 86, Bobbi Woods 93, Leah Hendrick 94, Brilea Woods 96) was the team leader with a total of 369. Mineral Ridge (Ally Zolka 98, Alayna Valley 100, Savannah Turek 100, Issy Showalter 103) took second with a total of 401 and Bristol (Anistyn Willimas 88, Kori Kennedy 105, Annslee Quinn 105, Amiah Georges 106) rounded out the podium with a total of 404. Avery Robinette of Champion was the top overall player with a total of 86.
