Canfield 8, Louisville 0 — Ryan Weibling shut out Louisville, striking out six batters in six innings for Canfield. Weibling added a hit and two RBIs at the plate. Joey Gabriel pitched the final inning and struck out two batters and offensively had two hits. Jake Dovich had three hits and two RBIs for the Cardinals. Anthony Groner added two doubles and an RBI and Logan Patellis also had two hits and an RBI.

Norton 6, West Branch 2 — Stats not submitted by print deadline.

Northeast 2

Cardinal Mooney 3, Holy Name 1 — Ben Oddis went the distance for Mooney, striking out six in seven innings. The Cardinals took a 2-1 second inning lead and never relinquished it again. Johnny Brenner had a triple and an RBI for Mooney. Ford Stacy added a pair of hits and Taco Verroco and Luke Kollar drove in a run each. Luke Hudak had two hits for Holy Name.

Northeast 4

Elyria Catholic 11, Ursuline 1 (5 Inn.) — I. Amarise blasted a grand slam, and Elyria Catholic cruised to a victory. R. White added a pair of hits and three RBIs. Jack Gocala had a hit and an RBI for Ursuline. Gocala was also the starting pitcher for the Irish, striking out seven in four innings.

REGULAR SEASON

Maplewood 6, Bristol 2 — Gabe Erwin and Josh Suba had two hits and an RBI each to lead Maplewood. Kenyan Clover added two hits and Jayden Zumerling and Cowen Hooper drove in a run each. Christian Van Ness had a hit and an RBI for Bristol.

LaBrae 20, Mineral Ridge 4 — Auston Rowe led LaBrae with four hits and two RBIs. Logan Brunstetter added two hits and drove in five runs for the Vikings. Lucas Glaser also drove in four runs with a hit. John Kincade added two hits and two RBIs as well for LaBrae. Nick Anderson had a home run and two RBIs for Mineral Ridge.
