District Championship

Austintown Fitch 4, Perrysburg 1 — Abby Toth had a home run and a single, driving in two runs to lead Fitch (24-0). Annabel Mikesell had a hit and an RBI and Kylie Folkwein drove in a run with two hits. Mila Hanley had seven strikeouts in seven innings for the Falcons.

Division V, Northeast 1

District Championship

South Range 13, Rootstown 1 — Keira Brogan had three hits and three RBIs to lead South Range. Anna Aey also had three hits and drove in two runs and Solena DeJesus drove in three runs with a pair of doubles. Katie Dance and Gabby Spooner also had a pair of hits and RBIs each for the Raiders. Cameryn Crepage struck out nine in five innings for the Raiders.

Division VI, Northeast 2

District Championship

Dalton 3, LaBrae 2, 9 innings — Shelby Bragg had four hits and drove in both LaBrae runs, but it wasn’t enough as the Vikings fell in extra innings to end their season. Riley Rowe added three hits. Rowe also pitched 8.2 innings before Dalton walked it off in the bottom of the ninth inning. Lily Teague had a hit and two RBIs for Dalton and Mei Simmons struck out eight in nine innings.

DIVISION VII, Northeast 1

District Championship

Maplewood 7, St. John 0 — Addison Marker struck out 17 and allowed no hits for Maplewood. Marker added three hits including a triple and a double and two RBIs at the plate. Clair Urchek matched Marker with three hits and two RBIs for the Rockets. Lexi Yannucci also had three hits and drove in a run.

Division VII, Northeast 2

Sectional Championship

Bristol 10, Badger 4 — Hayden Bortz doubled and drove in three runs for Bristol, who trailed 4-2 before a five run fourth inning. Bortz had three hits in total. Josh Musson added two hits and two RBIs and Wyatt Clisby had two hits and an RBI for the Panthers. Lewis Flowers and Tyler McWilliams had a hit and an RBI each for Badger and Jack Harnett had two hits.
