WFMJ-TV's "101West" showed the horror of FOR PROFIT CoreCivic private prisons in Youngstown and Conneaut. State of Ohio pays $2,000 per month per bed occupied or not. The counties including Trumbull participate in "body harvesting," mental illness is overlooked, labeled drug addiction, judge lawfully sends them to house of horrors assuring occupied beds. How long must we endure the stench of human waste put on farmers' fields? How can this be legal with all the health department and EPA laws? Tribune reporters, might this be an issue to be reported on? The stench hangs day and night, getting in our noses and eyes. No enjoying being outside. The windows in the house are shut so no home smells like a porta-john.
