Elm Road BMV does it right and does it well

DEAR EDITOR:

So many letters are negative and I have my gripes. But this one is sparklingly positive.

I just visited the BMV in Warren / Elm Road Plaza. Have been there many times. (I'm not young!) I have to say, over the last few years, my visits there have been wonderfully pleasant.

Efficiency and wait time have vastly improved and the staff members are so nice, friendly and patient. I left after my short visit smiling and feeling much gratitude. Thank you Elm Road BMV!
