DEAR EDITOR:

Ever since Dan Polivka first ran for elected office, he has championed for the citizens he was elected to represent. As a ward councilman and councilman-at-large Dan worked hard to make our city better for our youth. He worked to improve our parks, improve youth organizations and fund projects that were in the best interest of all children.

As a commissioner, he promoted and supported projects and ideas to enhance the lives of seniors. He stood up for affordable transportation, senior service programs and the safety of all senior citizens.

Dan has always been fiscally responsible and responsive to others’ needs. He has the experience of managing in both the private and public sector and the ability to navigate the city forward working with both city council and the city administration as Warren’s next President of Council. Please help me support Dan Polivka for Warren Council President on May 6.
