DEAR EDITOR:
With the upcoming election for Warren City Council president, I believe there is only one candidate doing more than just talking -- and that candidate is Dan Polivka. I believe it is essential to elect leadership committed to improving the community and Dan Polivka is such a leader.
Dan Polivka is active in his beliefs and will continue to uphold the beliefs that are supported by the people. Polivka brings extensive knowledge including serving 12 years as county commissioner, and serving as the 5th Ward Councilman and councilman-at-large.
Dan is committed to live- stream council meetings for better transparency and strengthening ties with county government. He plans to revive the Warren Youth Council giving the youth a voice in their community.
Dan has demonstrated his commitment to public service and I believe he will continue to work tirelessly to make our community a better place.
