OK Ohio ... because a doctor's word is no longer valid.
The Ohio state Senate passed a bill earlier this week that will allow patients to force hospitals to administer drugs for off-label use.
The passage of the bill comes after a years-long effort by Republican lawmakers in the state to expand COVID-19 patients' access to drugs like ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine, according to reporting from the Ohio Capital Journal.
I'm glad my doctor does not see hydroxychloroquine as anything valid except for horses.
You might want to consider this if you're giving someone power of attorney or in the case of minors, their parents' or guardians' permission.
A study released in 2023 showed that worldwide 17,000 died of HCQ administered to COVID patients during just the month of February and March 2020 alone.
HCQ is not a benign medication. It is a real drug with real side effects and has been proven deadly when used for COVID treatment.
I think Robert F Kennedy Jr. is calling this the Medical Freedom Act!
But I guess someone who has taken heroin knows more!
