Election is over, now it’s time to move on
DEAR EDITOR:
Well, the election is over and time to take America back, the voters have spoken. I see people who make posts regurgitating the same thing that the liberal media puts out. Unlike those who do that, I listen to the person who is making statements and see if they are following through with what they said. I don’t give the analysts very much credence because I don’t need anyone telling me what they said or what they meant. If you look at the word analyst the first part of the word is anal.
We were in good shape under Trump while the Democrats did everything wrong, turning their backs on America and the American people, jeopardizing the safety and security of our country. The only thing the Democrats did for four years was to go after Trump, losing at every turn. The case in New York was a travesty of justice and you have to be clueless not to see that. That trial, I believe, was bought and paid for by George Soros. DA Alvin Bragg originally said they had no case. This case was Democrat-loaded from top to bottom, and if the judge doesn’t dismiss this case, Trump will win it on appeal. The American voters saw through all that to let the Democrats know it.
If you voted for Harris, please don’t thank us veterans when you voted for socialism. Just so you know, I am a lifelong disappointed Democrat as the Democrats are not the party of John F. Kennedy. President Trump, whether you like him or not, has a degree in economics and is the right person for the job.
Trump was starting to make countries pay their fair share instead of America footing all of the bills, while Obama and Biden were giving us away to NATO, along with trying to secure our border. This I not only blame the Democrats for, but also Congress, which was not taking a stronger stance to secure our border — we are a sovereign nation.
Allowing illegal aliens to cross our borders without enforcement is a slap in the face to those who are coming here the right way. There is a reason why we have more red stripes on our flag than white (because of the men and women who gave their lives to keep us free). It comes down to respect for America and each other — so let’s not lose sight of this.
