Americans should be aware of both sides of the Climate controversy in order to make informed decisions.
Climate change is a crisis in political science and not in real science. Some people believe climate change will destroy the earth, but as stated in a 2014 interview by now-deceased meteorologist and founder of the Weather Channel, John Coleman, "Climate change is not happening, there is no significant man-made global warming now, there hasn't been any in the past and there is no reason to expect any in the future."
Socialist-driven governments promote elimination of fossil fuels to promote cap and trade implementation to control carbon emissions with other "controls" benefiting only the wealthy, privileged political and cultural elites.
I believe global warming has become a non-scientific social and political issue with a commercial intent funded by national governments and wealth individuals. Much has been documented detailing how and why there is no crisis. As we enter the future, it looks like wind, solar and electric vehicle industries will grow in some capacity, but these industries should be guided by real science and economic viability and not by political science with governmental subsidies.
None of these alternatives can exist without mining most of the components that are required for each. So, none are "clean" in the sense that alarmists who do not understand that everything societies need must be produced from commodities that are either grown or mined.
The science is not settled as promoted by world governments and the mainstream media. Real scientific evidences demonstrates that fossil fuels do not need to be eliminated to save the Earth.
Climate change should not be a prime factor when making decisions involving land use, manufacturing or political activity.
