DEAR EDITOR:
I had the opportunity to share a cup of coffee and discuss the difficulties and complexities facing Trumbull County with Nick Santucci. This young man has vision, a true understanding of how to solve problems and, most important, integrity.
As a retired Howland police officer, I know Nick will represent well the interests of local men and women in blue. Law enforcement has been under attack all across America. Now more than ever, we need to elect leaders who will fight for the men and women in uniform who keep us safe.
Nick is running for state representative. I believe he has the experience and ability to get things done in Columbus for all of us. Politicians love to show up around election time and tell people all the things they want to hear. Nick Santucci is about getting things done for our community, not just talking about them. He has a proven record of being on the front lines and solving problems for the last eight years.
With so much of our normalcy eroding around us, you owe it to yourself to meet this passionate and energetic young man seeking to make positive change. He deserves your support and your vote in November to help move our community forward.
