LIBERTY - Patricia Castranova Costanza, 81, died Thursday, Oct. 29, 2026, following complications of Alzheimer's disease.
She was born Feb. 3, 1945, in Youngstown, a daughter of Angelo and Catherine Renaldy Castranova.
She retired from Packard Electric.
Survivors include her son, Anthony P. Budak, and one grandson of Highland Heights; and her life partner, Fred Garn of Lisbon.
Patricia was preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers.
Services will be private.
Arrangements were by Staton-Borowski Funeral Home, Warren.
