MECCA -- Susan “Suzi” Noel Easterday, 63, passed away from a brief battle with pancreatic cancer peacefully on Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2026, in the comfort of her own home.
Born on Sept. 24, 1963, Suzi was the daughter of the late Ronald and Emma Jane Noel.
A 1981 graduate of Hubbard High School, Suzi spent her life building meaningful relationships, creating lasting memories and bringing warmth and kindness to those fortunate enough to know her.
On June 9, 2000, Suzi married her loving husband, Jeffery Easterday. Together, they built a beautiful life in Mecca, where they raised their family and created a home that became the heart of countless cherished memories. Their home was more than just a place to gather; it was a place filled with love, laughter, traditions and togetherness.
Suzi especially treasured the time spent with her children and grandchildren. Whether it was celebrating the holidays, enjoying Sunday family gatherings, or simply spending time together, she found her greatest happiness in being surrounded by the people she loved most. Over the years, her home became a special place where family came together, stories were shared, laughter filled the rooms and memories were made that will be treasured for generations.
Throughout her working years, Suzi held various positions, but one thing remained constant: her natural ability to connect with people. From the Trumbull Country Club to Bailey’s, her time in banking and, most recently, at the Bazetta Mall, Suzi brought a friendly smile and genuine warmth to every workplace. She never seemed too busy to stop for a conversation, share a laugh or brighten someone’s day. Her kindness and welcoming personality left a lasting impression on coworkers, customers and friends alike.
Suzi leaves behind her devoted husband of 26 years, Jeff Easterday; her children, Jennifer (Doug Renicker) Johnson, Samantha (Kyle) Leonard, and Andrew (Monica) Wise Jr.; and her stepson, Jeffery (Heather) Easterday.
She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren, Jessica (Jarett) Calleja, Sara Johnson, Christopher Johnson II, Andrew Wise III, Landon Leonard, and Evelyn Leonard; and her stepgrandchildren, Jeffery Easterday III, Riley Easterday, Noah Easterday, Tyler Easterday, Kaylee Easterday, and Emma Easterday.
Suzi is further survived by her sister and best friend, Debra Noel; brothers, Ronald Noel, and William Noel, along with many extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ronald and Emma Jane Noel; her first husband, Andrew Wise Sr.; and her sister, Melody Noel.
Family and friends are invited to gather to honor and celebrate Suzi’s life at Staton-Borowski Funeral Home, 962 North Road NE, Warren, OH 44483. Calling hours will be from 4 to 6 p.m., with services to follow at 6 p.m. Monday, Nov. 2, 2026, all at the funeral home.
