VIENNA -- Roger Wilson, 87, passed into the arms of Jesus Christ, his Lord and Savior, on Monday, Oct. 5, 2026.
The youngest child of Robert and Sarah Wilson, he was born on May 26, 1939.
Roger was a co-owner of RR Wilson and Sons for many years with his brothers.
He enjoyed watching the Browns and Buckeyes football teams.
He wished to be remembered as a child of the most High God and spent his later years encouraging everyone he met to come to know Jesus Christ as their Savior.
He will be lovingly missed by his wife of 66 years, Kay; sons, Ron (Marie) and Randy; daughter-in-law, Rose; brother, Bob; his eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Preceding him in passing were two sons, Mark and Scott; brothers, Ray and Craig "Bud"; and sisters, Lucille, Betty and Shirley.
Per his wishes there will be no services, and cremation has taken place.
The family would like to express their gratitude to the doctors and nurses at Mercy Health – St. Joseph Warren Hospital and Buckeye Hospice for their excellent care.
