Judy will always be remembered for her beautiful smile, compassionate heart, and generous spirit. Throughout her life, she had a special way of caring for others, whether through her work as a nurse, devotion to her family, or the kindness she extended to those around her. Her warmth and thoughtfulness touched countless lives, leaving behind cherished memories that will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
Judy was born Jan. 8, 1949, in Warren, the daughter of Joseph and Agnes Sherokee Sarsany, and was a lifelong area resident.

Along with being a proud and devoted homemaker, Judy enjoyed a nursing career spanning 39 years, during which she touched countless lives with her compassion and dedication. She spent most of her nursing years at St. Joseph Health Center in Warren, where she retired in 2012. Her commitment to others was a reflection of the caring heart that defined her throughout her life.
Judy was a faithful member of St. Peter & Paul Byzantine Catholic Church, where she was also involved with its Altar and Rosary Society and the St. Benedict’s Auxiliary. Her faith was an important part of her life and a source of strength and comfort.
Beyond her work and family, Judy enjoyed painting, calligraphy, and dancing with her husband. Above all, Judy treasured her family.
She leaves behind her beloved husband of 47 years, Joseph J. Cibella, whom she married on July 1, 1979; children, Christopher (Rosalie) Cibella, Jeremy Cibella, and Kristen (Jeff) Alberini; and her three adored grandchildren, Rylie, Ava and Cooper, who brought her immense joy. She also leaves her brother, Thomas Sarsany; her sister, Mary Beth (Maurice "Bud") Willison; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Though she will be deeply missed, the memories she created, the compassion she shared, and the love she gave so freely will continue to live on through her family and all who were fortunate enough to know her.
