WARREN -- Barbara Kay Frederick, 79, died Sunday, Oct. 11, 2026, at St. Joseph Warren Hospital.
She was born Dec. 6, 1946, in Burghill, a daughter of Shirley and Roberta Gilliland Starling.
She was employed as a secretary at Fowler and Goodman Law Office and attended First Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include her daughter, Dawn Binion; sister, Erdeen Starling; brother, Jim Starling; and three grandchildren.
Barb was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Frederick; son, Eric Frederick; one brother; and two sisters.
A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
Arrangements were handled by Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
