MEDINA -- Susan Eva Bee, 76, passed away Sunday evening, Aug. 30, 2026, at Storypoint Medina East in Medina.
Susan was born on Feb. 4, 1950, in New Philadelphia, a daughter of the late Thomas and Louise Strimbu.
She was a graduate of Brookfield High School and a former secretary at Nick Strimbu Inc. She was also a loving homemaker, where she loved to cook and spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Susan will be deeply missed by her daughters, Kimberly (Giovanni) Ercole, Kelly (Shaun) Fox and Stacey (Joe) Brown; and her grandchildren, Susanna and Carmela Ercole, Cameron and Cora Fox, and Cody and Carly Brown.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Edward Bee, whom she married on June 13, 1981, and who passed away on July 1, 2018.
Per Susan's wishes, a private service and burial will take place.
